Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and started to perform professionally as a teenager at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show included The Snow Queen. After that, she portrayed Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated to win a Barrymore Award. The role was reprised as she made her Broadway d but at the age 15 with Into the Woods, on Broadway. Molly was nominated as a Drama League Award. Molly has also been seen on Broadway for the revival in Fiddler on the Roof. Molly is a regular in regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington the Stage Company and the NSH Music Theatre's production of 2008 and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank, in which she played Anne. Molly's best-known performance is that of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali the 17-year-old daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
